The Little Mermaid is a live-action remake of the 1989 classic by the same name. It was directed by Rob Marshall and starring Halle Bailey, Melissa McCarthy, and Awkwafina, with music by Alan Menken (returning from the original animated film) and new lyrics by Lin-Manuel Miranda.
